feat(tests): Add enhanced RAII test fixtures

  • Add TestFixtures.hpp with TemporaryDirectoryFixture and SingleTempFileFixture
  • Replace manual temp file cleanup with RAII approach
  • Add thread-safe random generation
  • Support batch file operations and subdirectory organization
  • Update all test files to use new fixtures
  • Remove 20+ manual filesystem::remove() calls
